Appaling First Experiance

Ordered 2 flower deliveries, one for my sister-in-law who had major surgery this week 16/3 and one for my wife who was going to look after her twin sister for a few days.
As part of this order I also requested vases as my sister-in-law didn't have any however, on delivery the vase for my sister-in-law was smashed which kind of took the edge off the gesture for my surprise. Luckily she had a bucket!
I contacted Seranata who were only prepared to offere a refund on the vase stating that I can only have a replacement if I purchase more flowers.
In trying to complain about this stance arguing that they have not fulfilled my order and after multiple messages, they refuse to call me to discuss my dissatisfaction because 'as an ecommerce company, we have streamlined our customer services operation and decided to offer online customer support rather than telephone based customer support'! Ironically they call this department their 'Customer Delight Team' which is laughable.
Seranata, thank you for ruining my attempt to bring a smile to my sister-in-law's face, you don't get a second chance to make a first impression so my business will go elsewhere in future.
