Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I ordered a £50 bouquet (Bella) with beautiful pale pink roses, white lith, some pretty pink spiky flowers and lots of gorgeous eucalyptus and pale green foliage.
What arrived was five dark pink roses, three white lith and the contents of the Amazon rainforest in dark green. £50 not a chance and NOTHING like what I ordered.
Disappointed as this was for the anniversary of my Mum (so VERY important to me) I contacted them. The response was cold and rude saying THEY felt the substitution was fine. I explained I was unhappy about the colours and the pale flowers were very important to me.
They couldn't have been LESS interested. They sent me the SUBSTITUTION policy in bold capitals and basically said tough.
Substitutions I can understand, when it is maybe a rose or something but HOW a company can get away with advertising a specific bouquet and then have NONE of it in stock is beyond ridiculous.
Would you order a brand new mini and accept a Fiesta as it was a fair substitute? I doubt it!!!!!
Appalling customer service - they made the hardest day of the year EVEN worse for me :-( totally gutted.
Wouldn't use this lot if my life depended on it, not with the bad attitude.
When you see the photo - EIGHT branches of the rainforest have been removed from this £50 bouquet as you actually couldn't see the roses. It is not the quality of the flowers that I dispute - it is the COLOUR scheme.
