Ordered 8th July for delivery 12th July. Showed as "out for delivery" on 12th July, but didn't arrive. Now today, the day AFTER the flowers should have arrived, I get a twee little despatch confirmation email? Really? Infuriating!
Don't waste your time and money with these people, especially if you want your gift to arrive on time and you actually like the person you're sending it to.
And no - I haven't contacted their "customer delight team". What are they going to do? Time machine maybe?
