Unfortunately I have been forced to review with 1 star as there is no option to review with no stars they do not even deserve the 1 star. Bought a bouquet of Snowflake Sparkle for my sister who had been ill in hospital. The flowers arrived almost dead and absolutely nothing like the photo! Was told to follow the care instructions and give time to bloom. They will be in the bin before a week passes. Was offered a meagre 10% discount on the £30 bouquet of flowers which is an absolute insult. Added a get well card to the order which was not with the flowers just the stick it was meant to be attached to! I really wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money on diabolical, revolting, wilted, useless flowers. I could have bought a better bouquet from the supermarket! Save your money do not buy from Serenata because I wish I didn't!
