Extremely disappointed with what used to be an excellent company. It is my opinion that they have grown too big. I ordered a Christmas Sparkle bouquet for my daughter in law. It looked nothing like the advertised picture, cost £30 and was worth about £5. I was told to wait for a few days but as the few flowers were already in bloom they looked no better. Serenata need to up their game if they are to compete with the very many other on line florists. I will not be using them again.
