It’s been a Total nightmare. Ordered a special birthday flower delivery for the next day . I was sent an email at 7.55am on Saturday to say it was on its way , it didn’t arrive , Serenata flowers don’t know where it is but they say it will arrive on Sunday . It doesn’t arrive and I chase it all day . Ther3 is no way of actually speaking to anyone it’s all faceless emails. It is now Monday 1.15 pm and I’ve just had an email to say they very kindly are giving me a “resend at no extra cost”!!!
I will never use this company again . Disgraceful.
