Received flowers as an early mother’s day present from my husband and 2 boys. Flowers arrived where letterbox flowers, my husband literally thought a bouquet as per picture would have been delivered. Delivered to my place of work, fortunately I had a vase to place flowers in as per aftercare instructions given. Flowers arrived flat and crushed (the flowered didn’t actually pass through a letterbox and where hand delivered) box was damaged and flowers inside where limp and in much need of moisture and a good drink-unfortunately it was too late for them. I contacted Serenata directly who asked for pictures to be sent through, there was a lot of back and fourth with theirs customer service saying that seasonal flowers may result in a variation from the picture in the advertisement. They wouldn’t accept that the quality was poor despite pictures of petals falling off the delivery within 6hours of receipt of delivery. Eventually after 15plus pictures being sent through they admitted they would resend the flowers to which I asked that my husband be given a full refund. What was supposed to be a nice Mother’s Day gift has left a very sour taste. Never will I send letterbox flowers and my husband lives to tell the tale that he will never make the same mistake again!
