Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and my mother received a bouquet with hardly any flowers and many of which were (unfortunately I can’t attach a picture to this review to show the state of it - have added the picture to my trust pilot profile pic to show it)
I emailed customer service requesting a replacement or refund and was asked to tell them how many flower stems there were. The picture wasn’t enough. So, following the embarrassment of my Mum receiving a poor bouquet, I had to ask her to count the stems too.
I replied to Serenata with the list of flowers and the picture again, comparing the website image to what was received and was met with a ‘this is how they are meant to be’.
Absolute shambles and very disappointing customer service. Will not use again.
