My daughter(15) ordered me some flowers for mothers day. The arrived bruised, squashed and wilted. My daughter also felt they did not represent the quality and size of bouquet picture on the website. Sadly after complaining and sending photos Seranata stated that the bouquet represent the correct size and quality. But did not even acknowledge that the flowers arrived damaged. I have been Trying to get in touch with them since - via email, Instagram and twitter without any communication from the company. DO NOT USE !!
