Flowers arrived half dead.. I emailed same day was told to wait 5 days for full bloom then sent photo again I took a pic every day from 1 to 7 and when sent the 2 days after 5 day bloom was told I waited too long pretty much . Its a shame I'd used twice before was OK but not even a token of percentage back or nothing
