Absolutely appalled and embarrassed when I got a picture sent to me of a bunch of flowers I had sent as a gift to a friend. They are the most awful bunch of flowers iv ever seen. All I could do was apologise to my friend for sending something that should have been a lovely uplifting gesture. For 35pound they sent a skimpy bunch of what looks like dead weeds. When I emailed they told me the exact amount of flowers wore in the vase and that to check back in a week!!!!! That they should have blossomed by then. SERIOUSLY that's your excuse for sending a bunch of hideous weeds.
