Ordered a pot of flowers ("Blush Euphoria") for my Grandmother's 80th, and paid for pre-1pm delivery. The flowers arrived (delivered by DPD) in a completely destroyed box, which can be seen in the proof of delivery photo. The contents were unrecoverable, the metal plant pot was completely crushed and my Grandmother has had to spend the morning of her 80th cleaning soil out of her carpet.
I have, of course, contacted their customer service but they have been not only useless but also quite rude. They agreed to a re-delivery, but have refused any refund including the cost of shipping! They haven't even opened a complaint with DPD. This is despite the pre-1pm delivery option stating that a full refund *and* a re-delivery would be issued. Despite repeatedly asking, they have refused to elevate the issue, not even acknowledging my requests to speak to a supervisor. I now understand why there is no phone number to contact.
I've also found that it's not possible to leave this review on their own website. I wonder why...
