I ordered flowers for my mums birthday. Paid for premium delivery too.
The problem is they have no control of their courier. And sometimes the courier doesn’t show up. Awful service as they keep telling you they are trying to get through to the courier all day. The courier is not contactable.
Other flower services are far superior. Avoid at all costs. And don’t expect them to sort things out if things go wrong.
