I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday. The idea of flowers to mark and event is that they are delivered on the day of the event. On the day of her birthday, I received an email saying they had attempted to deliver them but had failed.
This wasn't true. No attempt to deliver was made and no other comntact or information was made available. When I contacted them the next day, they said they would try to deliver. I'm still waiting for them to be delivered.
When I asked for an expalanation, the custoemr services person just said "I don't know". No attempt made to find out, to remedy the situation. All I got was a cut and paste of the terms and conditions saying that deliveries can be late.
A day after the event the flowers are supposed to mark? Terrible service, they don;t care about customers and I will never use them again. Awful service.
