I placed an order for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my mother. The delivery was left on the doorstep without the courier knocking on the door or putting a note through the door. My mother was at home all day when they flowers should have been delivered and did not see them until 24 hours later by which time the flowers and chocolates were ruined.
I contacted Serenta to complain and was told I need to provide photos of the damaged flowers, my mother is 80 years old and does not have a smart phone or tablet and I live in Australia. So they would not refund me for the flowers.
Very disappointed with the service and I will not use them again.
