The first delivery promised was completely forgotten and the birthday missed. A second delivery was arranged 4 days later. The email stipulated the flowers were delivered to the lady concerned - no contact had been made with the recipient. Flowers just left.
Pretty pictures on website but no service.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I EMPLOY THESE PEOPLE.
