Firstly, I'm here because there seems to be no way of complaining to a Serenata if your complaint doesn't fall within the options they give you if you want to send an email, and I made a complaint on FB which was removed and ignored. I've used this company many times and mostly been happy, although there have been some small issues. On this occasion however I tried to order flowers for my aunt's 70th birthday which fell on Bank Holiday Monday, and understandably the company did not give an option for delivery on this day, so I chose delivery for the previous day and worded my message accordingly. The day of the delivery came and I received an email advising me that delivery couldn't take place and that the flowers would be delivered tomorrow instead. As this was my aunt's birthday I was still happy; however the flowers were not delivered until the day after her birthday, which was unacceptable and made my message wrong and meaningless. For this I was given a paltry 15% discount, but what really angers me is the difficulty I've had in complaining. So bye bye Serenata.
