I'm sorry if my first email was confusing. I thought I mentioned that the flowers were delivered, but to the wrong address, thus the flowers remained outside in the cold all night until the neighbour found them this morning and delivered them to my friend, next door, 8 Swan Court, who was in at the time of delivery, had the delivery person delivered to 8 Swan Court in the first place.
I hope this explains the failings of the delivery person.
