I ordered an Orchid for my best friend whose Father had passed away.
Firstly, I was ordering from overseas to UK - dealing with an 8 hour time change.
I placed the order on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday as stated. Wrong!! now it
was Wednesday for delivery.
Then I received an email overnight which stated they couldn't fulfill the 49.99 UK pounds order of a yellow Orchid but it could be replaced with a white Orchid - the value was 36.99 UK pounds. I had to ask for a refund for the difference and to please deliver the Orchid today - Wednesday delivery.
Wrong!! I woke up this morning to say they made a processing mistake and the Orchid was not delivered. Did I want to try again or get a refund? I told them to refund me
as I couldn't trust that they would get the job done. Save yourselves the trouble and use another company. Very, very dissapointing.
