I ordered a beautiful bouquet of roses and babys-breath, to be delivered on Valentine's day. Note: these cost me over £50. The flowers got delivered on Friday the 14th to the wrong address, at a dentists practice that didn't open until Monday again. I've reached out to Serenata for this, but I get nothing from them. They keep saying I didn't give them the correct address, which is absolute BS. On top of that, when we picked up the flowers on Monday (dried and dead) I saw that there's been added just one baby's-breath flower instead of the 3-5 that were pictured on the website, making it the saddest bouquet ever. So far Serenata has done nothing to solve it and does everything to prevent me from getting a refund, which they obviously owe me. I'm disappointed in this company and don't recommend anyone ever buying flowers here!!!
