When trying to place my order which included choclates, flowers a teddy and card the system would not let me do this but I sent a message with the info and the customer services were very helpful but it was a little frustrating ,,, what was not good was the delivery service ,,, my order was being delivered to my daughters office and the delivery person could not even be bothered to go to reception and left the order outside, if it had not been for a colleague seeing the flowers they may have been missed or anyone could have just walked off with my order. We place our orders and trust with Serenata and to find that their delivery service cannot even be bothered to find someone in a large company to be very frustrating and well below the service expected. Suggest this is looked into as it is not good customer service and will put people off from buying their products.
