My plant arrived damaged so I asked for a new one. Although next day I received a new plant, it was a late delivery and the plant itself was much smaller in size.
Also, they advertise message cards on high quality paper. Absolutely not. It's a folded sheer piece of paper with low quality print, not worth a penny.
I was refunded for not being happy with my plant, but it's the principle that matters. Next time I'll buy it in a local supermarket for much cheaper and still better quality.
Disappointed.
