The plant arrived in a bedraggled state. Half of one side seemed to be nearly dead.
Also I couldn't use the discount code on checkout. It is supposed to be refunded after delivery was made but hasn't been so far. I have used Serenata before and always been very satisfied indeed - but not this time . Very disappointing.
