I placed three orders on the same day. Two were delivered next day as promised. The third was not delivered and the company didn't know until I told them I didn't have a delivery confirmation, very dissappointing they don't have their own follow up system!
After several (cumbersome to do on website) emails and website correspondences, they couldn't deliver on the day after I notified them. I was told the couriers schedule and that was it! No effort made to correct the problem they had caused. I thought a seperate courier could have been used.
No offer of monetary compensation was made, even though I did not want this.
The flowers were for my cousin whose sister had passed away. I'm now hoping she gets them before leaving for the funeral.
Dissappointed!
