Ordered what looked like a hand tied bouquet for a family funeral. All went well till I saw them in the hearse. They were wrapped in cellophane like a bunch from the supermarket so I never got to see the actual flowers. I was embarrassed as the other flowers were gorgeous. Put me off using them again
