I ordered the flowers to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. I was very sad to learn from the recipients that the flowers were not at all a celebration, and were in fact very sad and disappointing.
I am informed by the recipients that they have contacted Serenata who have advised that they will be processing a refund to my account. I shall see what happens.
