I ordered flowers and chocolates for my moms 81st birthday and they only got delivered at 19h10 on her birthday as she was about to retire to bed.
Ordered them the day before, so I am very unhappy that she didn’t get the flowers on her birthday as promised, not at the end of the day !!!!
