A mixed bag. We bought an orchid planter a couple of months ago and it was excellent - loads of stems and impressive blooms. This time however, the same planter had half the stems and smaller blooms - a lot of which were damaged. All in all a bit sorry for itself and not at all what I was hoping for or expected. And it was too late to deliver a replacement in time. To be fair, Serenata did give a full refund - but I had to insist after being fobbed off with a redelivery within 3 months at first, with no acknowledgement that I had already said I wanted a refund. And it's so frustrating to have to do everything by email, even though there is reference to a phone line on the FAQs I certainly had no luck tracking it down.
