I ordered six sets of flowers (White Lillies) for various family members. This was on the Saturday. By the end of the following day (which was a Sunday) I had an e-mail for each order from the company to say they had dispatched the flowers and then these were followed by a further e-mail for each order to say they had been delivered. Then I got six communications from the various recipients telling me how nice the flowers looked (complete with photographs in some cases!). It was superb service with an appropriate flow of information. I have never used this company before but will certainly use them again in the future.
