Beautiful flowers, but your delivery service leaves a lot to be desired, they made no effort to deliver the flowers to me, even though I was at home awaiting delivery. The flowers were delivered 6 doors away from me and being disabled I could not go and collect them, this led to great stress as I had to call on a friend to change their plans in order to drive 10 miles to come to my assistance. Very unimpressive delivery which has a very negative impact on the likelihood of repeat business from me. Price and quality of flowers were top class - pity about your choice of delivery courier.Worth thinking about this as it is damaging your business.
