I ordered flowers for my friends 60th birthday and paid for guaranteed courier delivery on 12th. They did not get delivered until 13th and didn't look as nice as expected. Indeed I cannot see them lasting long. It actually looks as though I forgot her birthday and ordered them as an after thought as everyone else had them delivered on the day. I am seriously disappointed.
