I did think that there wasn't enough foliage in the bouquet and I did resent having to spend around £3 for a card to identify myself. In the past, at a walk in florist's, a little card wold be included free of charge. This is the second order I have made with you and today I saw the same bouquet on sale at £10 less. I found the delivery emails quite amusing but a little cloying also. ps
