Delighted with the service and although I haven't seen the flowers that were delivered 2 days ago on my behalf, the service was amazing. I was particularly impressed with the emails that advised me when the flowers were on route and then again to let me know they had been delivered, but worded in such a delightful and professional way.
I would add that I was on the receiving end of a bouquet from Serenata flowers in early January and was so very pleased with my lovely flowers! Thank you so much!
