Recipient not home.. flowers dumped on porch for 2 days... no water of course and the administration thought it was okay to do so!!
I had to ASK for an apology! I am South African the Rand is 17 to 1... I paid a pretty penny for rubbish service. They could have left a note so my family could have called when they returned!
