Absolute joke!
Failed to deliver on valentine's day, failed to deliver to new address on 15th Feb. On 16th they tell me (via email as they don't use the phone) That delivery has failed and that they reserve the right to keep 100% (£49.99), or pay 50% for them to try again.
This is a company to be avoided!!!!
