The website was easy to use including adding extras. Unfortunately the extra, a case, I ordered wasnt delivered which was inconvenient as was part of a birthday gift being delivered to a nursing home. However when I emailed advising of the omission i received a response very quickly advising the cost had been refunded to my account. While I was disappointed the very quick customer service recovered the situation. I was happy with the quality of the flowers.
