Really good service in regards to timings i.e. I was able to order at the last minute (day before in the afternoon) and it arrived the following day. What would good however is the ability to give more information to the delivery driver. Where I sent the flowers was to a place of work, it would have been nice to have that peace of mind knowing that the driver knew where he had to go on site. That being said, the flowers reached the right recipient.
