I sent my partner a dozen of roses, mini cake, balloon and card for valentine, while I understand that an attempt was made to deliver the items to her on Valentine’s Day. Delivery was rescheduled after 2 days and the roses delivered were wilted and dead. The items were delivered incomplete (the cake was missing).
I will not be using serenataflowers again. Thank you for ruining my day.
