Service ok - delivery slot between 8AM and 8PM poor.
I paid £59 for 12 Roses... 2 of which were droopy/on their way out upon arrival and DEAD the next day (even after being added to water with the feed provided).
All 12 had to be thrown away 3 days after arrival.
I've used other florists in the past and not encountered these issues.
