The floweres were a gift for my cousin on a Valentine’s Day, they made her day a little bit more special and we’re the prefect surprise. They arrived looking almost identical to the photo on the website and arrived during the time period provided on the tracking page. I was a bit disappointed with the Valentine’s Day add, I though it would be a small card that arrived with the flowers but was an A5 card made of very Finlay paper, I personally wouldn’t get a card next time around. My overall experience with Serenata has been prefect especially on such a busy day like Valentine’s Day and will defiantly use them again!
