I live in Australia and ordered flowers for my Aunts 83rd Birthday for 1st March and as far as I know they still have not been delivered. I paid £51.98 for the flowers.
There has been zero communication from Serenata flowers until I emailed them - they advise the courier was unable to attempt delivery due to adverse weather conditions. I understand these things happen however I feel it would have been courteous and good customer service to have been advised of this by Serenata Flowers. I’ve yet to have any confirmation of delivery of the flowers or alternatively see a refund into my credit card. Very very disappointed with the lack of care and communication. Would hesitate to use them again.
