The delivery was after 5pm, although I was emailed the chauffeur left at 10am. No one gave us ring before the courier was supposed to arrive. The box was left out next to rubbish been hidden from plain sight but no note was left in the mailbox advising where the flowers were put - until I called my wife and suggested she looks around everywhere. And finally, the bouquet looks quite pathetic, nothing like the view on the advert picture.
Sorry guys, but I am never going to use your service again.
