I Have used this service to send flowers & other gifts to my family on special occasions for about 3 years. For the last 3 years running, there has been a delivery issue with getting the items to my mother's property. The property is on down a small path offset from the main road. There is no way to specify this in the delivery instructions. At present, your 'special delivery instructions' field is a drop-down list of limited choices. This problem could be solved if you provided a Free-text field to enter special delivery instructions, or an 'Address 2' line.
