I ordered a flowering plant to be delivered to my mother, I wanted it was to be delivered on monday, and was told it would be delivered on monday, however nothing arrived.
I had told my elderly disabled mother that her present would be with her on monday and she was extremely upset when it was not. After waiting until 8pm for the possibility of delivery, I contacted Serenata, asking where had my present was, to which within half an hour I had an email apologising and refunding me £4.20, for an order that came to £27.98, with no further information until the morning to tell me they would be delivered that day between 10.30 and 11.30.
They did arrive, and as said by my mother, they are beautiful but if it were not for my having to contact Serenata, they may never have been delivered, the lack of information for the detail of why my present wasn't delivered is shocking.
Am truly upset and will not using them again and will not recommend.
