I had one bouquet arrive in great time and beautifully presented and arranged. I loved it, its why I wanted to use the service again.
But I recently brought a second one for mothers day and it arrived upside down, with broken flowers. Half of the bouquet died before the other half opened and I was really disappointed in it. So I can't give them 1 star or 5 stars, but I will not be using their service again.
Like many things, it is a really good service if nothing goes wrong, but if you have an issue, they are quite unhelpful and struggle to understand.
