I was very impressed with Serenata Flowers. They delivered on the day and within the time they said they would. My Mother who received the flowers said each flower in the box was perfect and absolutely beautiful. I don't think they could improve on anything, Serenata Flowers are doing a great job. I would definitely use them again. The only thing I wasn't happy with was when viewing the flowers online they were in a vase/dish, I thought they would be delivered in the vase/dish. They weren't. It would be good if they stated that the vase/dish was not included in the photo or in the description somewhere. The only vase you can purchase is not suitable for delux and grandissimo sizes which is a problem if you order "grandissimo size" like I did.
