you promised delivery on the chosen day but not until after I had paid for my order did you inform me that you could not deliver it as promised and that you would deliver it the following day which failed as the recipitant was ,by then, not at home.It was a surprise for her 80th birthday as she has had serious health issues lately and as I myself have health issues, I could not visit her so this was to cheer her up as she loves flowers.
