This is my second or third order from Serenata, the first couple were great but the flowers supplied this time were poor.
I raised this with them and explained that due to having them delivered to my elderly Gran I wanted to double check the issue before contacting Serenata to see what they could do.
The flowers were delivered on Friday, but by Sunday they were wilted and in a very poor condition. Asked for a second opinion as I am not local to where they were delivered, got that Monday and submitted a complaint only be be told 'terms and conditions state you only have three days to lets us know' so there is nothing we are prepared to do.
Pretty poor service for sure.
