I’ve used serenata twice now, first time delays were due to bad weather and snow, the delivery man was very apologetic and my friend was very pleased with her surprise.
Second time, flowers were delivered on time and my friend was over the moon. Good quality flowers that look lovely. I can’t fault the service and updates. Well done Serenata for providing a good and in expensive service. These flowers are already a week old
