I ordered flowers from Finland to the UK to celebrate Mother’s Day. I paid for same day morning delivery and flowers were delivered the following day and according to the recipient (my mum), they were not in the best shape. I tried contacting customer services, but could only get an online messaging service through which I left a message with my complaint and requesting to be contacted ASAP so that the delivery can be amended to what I had paid for...no reply, no acknowledgement. Nothing. Will not be using this service again.
